Manchester United backup goalkeeper, Sergio Romero, was earlier today involved in car crash, though he is unhurt and even trained with first team.
the 32-year-old Argentina international was involved in car crash near the club’s Carrington training base on Monday, smashing up his Lamborghini worth £170,000.
In photos and video posted online, the Lamborghini can be seen underneath a roadside barrier as the goal keeper stood to one side of the wreckage. It appears Romero was travelling on the A6144M when the accident occurred.
Romero has played nine times in all competitions this season, playing in the Europa League, FA Cup and Carabao Cup, and kept seven clean sheets in those games with United winning all but two, both of which were draws.
